The Company Deremi Shittu Investment (DSI) was incorporated on 29th April, 2013 under the Corporate Affairs Commission as a Limited Liability Company with its corporate office situated in Lagos Nigeria.

The beautiful symphony of local sourcing and export has, over time, built business relationships across borders based on the principles of comparative advantage. We apply a proven, industry-agnostic agro export strategy that works for both business-to-business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) companies. Deremi Shittu Investments Limited is built over the years through loyalty and goodwill. We pride ourselves not only in locally sourcing for export grade agricultural products in the tropical hinterlands, also in quality control, packaging and shipping our agricultural products to any supplier around the globe.

PURPOSE OF DSI

To carry on the business of general contract, trading, marketing, sales and distribution of general goods be manufactured product; commission agents, manufacturer’s representatives, importer, exporter and general supplies.

Furthermore, carrying on business of manufacturer or industrial nature either alone or in association with person or persons, to prepare package, preserve for sale, and manufacture of all description.

SO FAR

DSI in the last one year has successfully exported Agricultural Produce such as Ginger, Garlic, Sesame seeds and Charcoal.

We have been exporting to Turkey, Portugal, Sri-lanka, Vietnam and China.

Our production sites/location includes Kwara State, Oyo State, Kaduna State and Nasarawa State all in Nigeria.

Deremi Shittu Investment Ltd (DSI) is a duly registered Company under Nigeria Export Promotion Council (NEPC) with registration number 08123 and the International Shipping Management (INTTRA) with I.D Number 906508.

DSI operates with 30 staff strength. It’s operations have further indirectly impacted positively on the livelihood of many more people through transportation contracts, shipping contracts and purchasing contracts.

We have a good relationship with Standard Chartered Nigeria Bank.
